We currently ship to the following regions:

2. Shipping Costs

No Hidden Fees: All charges are displayed clearly during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are usually processed the same day.

Weekend/holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
⚠️ Game Tables Exception:
Because each billiard table is custom-made to order and requires cloth shipped from the UK, production and processing do not begin immediately. Production starts once the customer completes and submits their Delivery Acceptance Form, confirming installation details.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
United States (General Products)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Game Tables

Billiard Tables: Every billiard table is custom-made and requires additional production time. Estimated 30–48 business days for production and shipping, depending on order volume and cloth availability. Because cloth is sourced internationally, delays may occur.

Poker Tables & Other Game Tables (without billiard cloth): Estimated 10–14 business days for production and shipping.

Smaller Products (stools, covers, accessories, etc.): Ship directly without the Delivery Acceptance Form, usually within 5–10 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to product size, weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
5. Delivery Acceptance Form (Game Tables)
For billiard tables and other large game tables, production will not begin until the customer completes and submits a Delivery Acceptance Form. This form ensures that delivery details (such as freight access, installation readiness, and scheduling) are confirmed ahead of time.
Once the Delivery Acceptance Form is received, the order will move into production. Any delays in completing this form may extend the total lead time for your order.
