Most standard orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom and oversized items may require additional lead time. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and external factors. White-glove delivery, when applicable, includes in-room placement and basic assembly.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
