The Rec Haven is an e-commerce brand specializing in premium game room furnishings — including billiard tables, poker tables, pinball machines, and other luxury recreational products. 4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Some items — such as custom poker tables or modified pinball machines — are made to order and are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production begins. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that all custom specifications are final.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery timelines vary by product type. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed estimates, including timelines for in-stock, oversized/freight, and custom or made-to-order items. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and other external factors. White-glove delivery, when applicable, includes in-room placement and basic assembly.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused items in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns, and a 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

All content on our website — including images, product designs, logos, graphics, and text — is the property of The Rec Haven and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
